Land Consulting.

We will evaluate your land for construction suitability, utility connections, jurisdiction requirements, floodplain assessment and any other site work required to prepare the site for your home. We will provide a Site Cost Assessment and make floor plan recommendations based on terrain features, sunrise/sunset, views, etc.

Don't have land yet? No problem. We will gladly assist in the shopping process to ensure that you find the perfect piece of Texas for your new home.

Planning.

During this phase, we develop your custom plans and a budget for your home. We can offer architect recommendations, we can work with your architect, or we can work from pre-drafted plans. StarPointe Homes really stands out from other builders during this phase.

We will explore various framing materials (wood, ICF, steel), passive efficiency improvements, indoor air quality, power generation and conservation options, advanced security features and many other quality-of-life factors that go beyond the fit and finish. We work closely with the architects to ensure that the unique features of your home are built into your plans to ensure maximum budgetary and performance efficiency.

This is also the phase where we will explore the many financing options that are available to you. We have lender relationships, but can also work with your preferred lender.

Construction.

Your project will have a project manager assigned to it that will closely manage the construction of your home and keep you updated on progress. In addition to local jurisdiction inspections, we will have third party inspectors conduct several rigorous inspections throughout the construction process.

Warranty.

Closing day is not the last time you will hear from us. Living in a house is the best test of its performance, so once you get the opportunity to do that, we will ensure that your home performs as intended. Our warranty has three levels:

• One year workmanship and material

• Two year electrical, HVAC & plumbing

• Ten year structural
